About
“GroundCut” is the brand name under which AI Prompt Enterprises LLC operates this software platform. AI Prompt Enterprises LLC is a Georgia limited liability company in good standing with the Georgia Secretary of State, and is the legal entity responsible for all SMS messaging sent through the GroundCut platform. Messages are sent on behalf of AI Prompt Enterprises LLC and the lawn-care operator who serves you.
How customers opt in
When a customer books a service through a GroundCut-powered booking page — or requests an in-person estimate — they enter their mobile phone number on the booking form. Immediately above the submit button, two separate, unchecked checkboxes appear: a required Terms of Service acknowledgement and an optional SMS opt-in. The SMS consent box is nota condition of purchase or service — the customer may complete a booking with the SMS box unchecked, and only the Terms of Service box gates submission. The customer’s phone number is enrolled for messaging only if they affirmatively tick the SMS consent box. The live consent surface from our booking form is rendered below — this is exactly what every customer sees at the moment of opt-in.

What messages we send
GroundCut and the operator who serves you may send automated text messages tied to your booking. These include booking confirmations, day-before and day-of appointment reminders, on-the-way notifications when your crew is en route, payment receipts, invoice notifications, and operational updates such as a weather reschedule. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without separate, additional consent.
Message frequency depends on your booking type. A one-time job typically triggers 3–6 messages from request through payment. A recurring service typically triggers 1–3 messages per scheduled visit.
Charges
GroundCut does not charge for SMS messages. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply depending on your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out of non-critical SMS. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will stop receiving SMS messages. To re-subscribe, reply START or re-tick the SMS consent box the next time you book.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel any active service. It will also not stop transactional receipts that are legally required to complete a transaction you initiated (for example, a payment receipt the customer requires for tax purposes).

No third-party sharing
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are shared only with the SMS provider that delivers the messages on our behalf (Twilio, Inc.) and with the operator who serves you, both strictly for the purpose of sending the transactional messages you opted in to receive. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile information.
